Michael Libby LCSW- Executive Director
Mike has been with Somerville Homeless Coalition since 2000. During his time here he has worked in almost every program area. He holds a Master of Social Work from Salem State University. As an undergraduate at Boston College, Mike traveled internationally to perform service work. His trips included: Romania, Hungary, Nicaragua and El Salvador. Mike also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity building housing for needy families. Mike’s goal in his role as Executive Director of SHC is to make sure that people don’t fall through the cracks. He also is committed to not only providing the basic needs like housing and food to our guests and clients but that we continue to advocate for policies and funding that help the population we serve.
Lynn Acciard – Director of Finance and Administration
Lynn has worked most of her career non-profit finance and administration including leadership roles in Community Health as well as transitional living. She joined the leadership team at SHC in 2017. Lynn holds a BS from University of Massachusetts at Lowell and is currently pursuing a MBA at Southern New Hampshire University.
Peg Drisko PhD- Director of Operations and Strategic Partnerships
Peg has worked in non-profit management for more than 20 years. She joined SHC in the fall of 2018. She has worked in homelessness, healthcare, youth programs, transitional housing and higher education during her career. Peg oversees the Development Team as well as Project SOUP. Her favorite night of the week is Monday when SHC’s Project SOUP holds its Monday night meal for anyone who needs a good meal, companionship and conversation.
